I'm still very upset so this will be short. on the 1st I finnished painting my car like I dreamed of. While I was in the store today some idiot smashed into my stang because he"didn't see it". I can't even open my trunk to try and get part numbers or to get my son's car seat out of the car. Can...

Hey guys, this is my first post and I'd appreciate some help with my 5.0. I have quite a bit of experience in GM engines, but not as much with Fords. 10+ yrs ago I had a sweet 5.0 HO in my 86 T-bird and now that my wife finally has a '66 Mustang, I bought her a used 5.0 "HO" for it. I am not...

Hey all, does this seem like an 8 inch Ford rear end to you, because it does to me. Going to upgrade to 3.55 gears and wanted to of course make sure before I bought them. Car was originally a 6 cylinder but now has a 351W and I think the previous owner installed a beefier rear end. Thanks.

I bought a mustang a while back 2000 gt.. it turned out the old owner switched the engine for a 98 crown vic or a mustang engine.. idk.. but can anyone tell me if these are the stock headers?

I picked them up pretty cheap, I know that the "B" heads are not very desirable but since I was building a 2v stroker I thought any 4v would be an improvement for breathing. What I'd like to know is from what car (Lincoln, Mustang) did they come off of. This will help me select parts to replace...

Few Months back I purchased a used 2003 Mustang GT. The vehicle had been shuffled to several dealers before I purchased it. It had been clearly modified with headers and BBK exhaust, cold air intake and a chip. It wasn't until I pulled the headers off to wrap them the I discovered an ID tag...

This Cobra has been sitting it the parking lot behind my apartment for a very long time and I have been interested in it since day one. I'm not sure whos car it is, so before I take the time to write a note of interest on it I would like to know more about it. Usually I would assume this car is...
  9. Wheels and Tires
My 1966 289 coupe came with these 5 lug weld racing wheels. I'd like to switch to some styled steel or torq thrust wheels. Before I go selling them, I'd like to know the name of the style so I can find some values. Any suggestions on how much to sell them for are greatly appreciated.
  10. Introductions
Hi, I just joined the site because I have the first part of what will soon (hopefully) be my Mustang. I just picked up a 302 engine yesterday. I'm trying to ID it. The codes on the block are as follows: First a "34", then underneath, "F1SE", then underneath that, "BB", and finally underneath...

I bought this 1983 mustang turbo gt off a lady for $300 it has the mustang turbo gt emblems and whatnot all over it and the turbo gt hood scoop. She said she bought it from the factory and I believe her but I would really like to see if its the actual turbo gt because if it is it's rare. My...

Anyone have any idea how to identify which generation of rotors are in the blower based on serial number? I read somewhere that serial numbers starting with W3A are Gen I. Is there is huge difference between Gen I and Gen II?
