When Im leaving for work my speedometer is way off around 30-40 MPH. On my way home its right. Its like this everyday. When I leave for work its around 20 to 30 degrees, when I get off its around 40 to 60. Im guessing its the cold. Any Ideas, thanks

Fuse keeps blowing almost instantly after turning lights on. The fuse I'm using is Bussmann AGA Hight Amp AGA-10 through AGA-30. They are 1/4" x 5/8". Any ideas?
