    i have a 07 v6 mustang, i want to put 4.10 gears and trac-loc on the 7.5" rear end but what would be better should i swap the 7.5" rear end for the 8.8" rear end that has the 4.10 gears and trac-loc already on it or should i just get the gears and trac-loc for the the 7.5" rear end. opinions...

    What is the difference between a 7.5 and 8.8 both mechanically and performance wise? I am falling into some money and am buying 3.73's/t lock cai/tuner and exhaust. Where should I shop for the gears and t lock and also in your opinions which is better ... Bama or Bren (for tune files)

    I have an opportunity to receive a few complete 9 inch rear ends. Not sure of mileage or condition. My question is is it going to be easier to swap an 8.8 LS with discs on it in my 86 capri or get the 9 inch narrowed? Thanks for any help.

    So long story short had some issues with my rear end. Cant take apart because a bolt broke in the differential. But thats not important. Does anyone know where i can find an aftermarket company that can build me a bolt in 8.8 with ABS and LSD. I dont really want to buy a used rear end.

    I am upgrading my 8 inch rear end to a 9 inch rear end in my 1965 mustang. I purchased the 9 inch housing from moser and the 3rd member rebuilt off of ebay. I am wondering if i will need to modify the length of my driveshaft when i install the 9 inch rear end? Thanks
