i just bought the plug-n-play sequential tail light kit and when i turn them on the blink to fast to were the last bulb barely lights up. does anyone know if you can get them timed or if there is something you can buy to slow them down a little?

I recently installed sequential tail lights to my stang. They look awesome but I heard you can slow them down by getting a modded flasher. I have searched ebay and other sites looking for this. Can anyone tell me where I can find one of these things? thanks
