I'm partially ahead of schedule on my mod on my mustang. I just wanted to know which would be better for a better acceleration and louder pipes. Would long or shorty headers be the way to go? I wanna go shorty but I heard the most sound comes from long tubes. Help!!

Well been doing some reading and was curious to find out what are the differences between the current selection of LT headers out there. You got:
Borla which are 1-3/4" x 2-1/4"
BBK which are 1-3/4" x 2-3/4"
Bassani which are ???? x 2-1/2"...
Does anyone know if Ford plans to release Ford Racing Shorty Headers for the '11+ GT? I haven't seen any for sale anywhere, so I'm assuming they don't exist (yet).

ok so i found some cheap used flowmaster 40 deltaflows on ebay an i just got them on. they sound a better then the magnaflows that were on there before but i am still looking for a little more sound. would shorty headers be too much or is that what im looking for? i guess what im asking is how...
