I just bought a vaccuum hose kit and am going to replace all the hoses to try and eliminate a vaccuum leak as the problem, a couple guys told me to get a new tfi module, my question on those is, do i need a tfi module that will fit the msd cap i have or just for 88 mustang? Or are tey all the same?

Hey whats up guys im new to this...im having problems with my 88 gt 5speed..i was driving my car and at a red light it shut off. Now it wont start i changed the fuel pump,tfi module,oil change,battery,computer. The car cranks but wont..my stereo,lights,ect work and still have the same...
