I own an 02 Roush with the obvious side exhaust. I've been through multiple exhaust setups, now I want to try the SLP Loudmouth resonators coming out the side. From experience I know that side exhaust notes are a lot different than rear exit exhaust notes, so I'd like to get some opinions on how this setup idea might sound/perform. Opinions about performance, volume, exhaust note, just try to include everything that you can.

almost all SIDE exit exhausts will be MUCH louder in the cabin, sp I would assume the loudmouths would be extrememly loud as side exits.

I love the drone effect that rear exit setups have. It's a much more deep and resonant sound that side exit. I know I will probably lose throttle response and a lot of "wow" factor for my car if I put a plain Jane axleback, but it honestly sucks to be this limited on modifying it's exhaust.
