kooks probably makes the best, albeit most expensive headers, you'll need a new h pipe as well, there should be 3" cat backs from most muffler suppliers, if not any good muffler shop could make you one...
They are a pita to install(you have to drop the k member) and if you ever change your clutch the headers have to come off....ahh the price of fun.

I think Mac make a 3" catback for our cars. Most 3" mid pipes seems to be for long tube headers. Most long tubes, you can't go wrong. Except maybe bbk and Mac, though some have used them and like it. Most say longtubes don't do to much till after 600rwhp on our cars.
