I hear ya with the stripe stuff. I was going crazy, 1" gap, 2 " gap... shelby type, boss type.. to stripe, to flame... thats when I decided to lign up the bulb's withthe gap, bite the bullit and just have it done.

Werd. I absolutely love that ghosting effect. I was thinking something similar for striping on my 'stang, but haven't come up with what I want yet. Baxters is very tastefully done. I dig it.

I like the subtlety. I considered the ghost flames myself, but am going for another look instead. Everyone's doing the rally stripes. I applaud you for doing something different. I'm having mine done next week. I'm doing the Spoiler, rocker panels and hood, along with a xenon scoop in black and clearcoat like a '69 mach 1. I've ordered the CDC rear window louvers to go with it. It's not cheap, but once I add the K&N cai I'll have it just like I want. I'll post pictures as soon as it's done to be sure!:laughlitt

I was confused too until the direct frontal view. The lava light circular blobs draw the eye first and then you see the flames but thats all right because it definately DRAWS THE EYE and then you see the subtelty of the flames. Its a 10 in MHO.

I like the effect.
I am not a fan of the lime color (but wasnt in the 60's either).
But I think the ghost effect and how you integrated with the stripes is an awesome idea.

For now just the hood, I may do the sides in the same color, either fade to nothing, or faid to flames, I dunno yet
