I was in the middle of exchanging my radios out. Instead of buying the $15 radio harness to plug in it o decided to splice the factory harness. I knew this was a bad I DEA when I saw sparks and a little smoke. That's when my windows were stuck down. then I reconnect all the wires back to the harness by souderjn them. I checked all fuses and some were blown I replaced. I was thinking a relay not quite sure. Is there anything else to do

Did you check the fuses in the SJB (smart junction box) behind the panel on the passenger's side? I'm pretty sure its fuse #6 that would be blown and should fix your problem. If not, check all the fuzes cuz i might be mistaken which one it is.
