You're going to have to be a little more specific in what you're looking for here. A picture speaks a thousand words.
The seal at the bottom and top is what i require. Sorry I wasn't clear, I cant see from the photo I grabbed from the internet if theres a seal down the sides.

Yes the seals or rubber triim should be readily available... but should be very cleanable without requiring replacement

There isn't supposed to be any external rubber seals on the glass. Modern cars rarely have that anymore around the side or rear windows. Someone clearly added that to try to stop a leak that they couldn't find the source of. Here's a couple of pics that properly shows no seal/molding around the glass.

There are a few water intrusion points that are common on the 2005-09 Mustangs and are described in a TSB Ford released. The cowls on all 2005-14 Mustangs can also get clogged and then overflow into the HVAC system thru the hole in the firewall for fresh air. There are 2 rectangular rubber firewall drains that can be opened to flush out any small debris.
My question is why you're replacing what I assume is the original Ford glass? Assuming that the front and rear glass aren't cracked why are you buying new? Most aftermarket replacement glass isn't the same thickness as the original stuff and the solar tinting is usually not the same either. Factory glass is generally the best quality that you'll find.

Thanks Guys i just found that out today from a mustang glass supplier as you said cobrajet67 that there is no seal on the rear window on my 06. I dont know what my painter is talking about atm. The car has been with him a few months now as he's only working at it in his spare time so ive forgot what the rear screen looks like fitted and obviously he has too. I am a bit pissed searching the net for something that never existed and confusing you guys into the bargain and that internet search pic i put up just confused me more that there was a seal or trim needed . The glass is factory in the car Cobrajet67 and the painter insisted it was removed to respray properly. I could see his point and agreed knowing the risk the front screen might not come out intact. All glass remained intact and is being reinstalled next week. My firewall drains are clear as i had a leak in the passenger footwell and checked them. I saw the leaks TSB you mentioned Cobrajet67, I'm reinstalling the clips that hold the scuttle panels in place if ive got that right (think TSB calls them grommet holes) as they are prone to leaking. Hopefully with screen reinstalled and scuttle panel clips re-sealed that will only leave the door seals to do if leak persists as im aware it can ruin the SJB if not cured soon.
Just on a side note the glass supplier i was emailing told me in his words that the chinese glass he has in stock is actually far better quality than any ford oem glass being supplied atm. The only difference is it doesnt have the pony logo.

This is the stage its currently at

That's a complete lie by the glass supplier. OEM glass is always superior. I know this firsthand from replacing glass myself and also getting glass replaced for me. It's laughable that they tried to say that their chinese generic glass is superior lol. Also, most glass suppliers here in the USA can get original Ford glass. If it's not damaged then there's no reason not to reuse the original glass that you have.

Good to know Cobrajet as i always regarded anything Chinese inferior quality. Being based in Ireland i would have had to have used this guy if the windscreen had broke on removal but he did stock both oem and chinese screens as an option. i accidentally left out that he did say the oem ford screens were mexican made when he classed the Chinese screens as better quality. Original glass is being reinstalled, only issue is the demister lines on the rear screen are goosed but im not replacing it as new rear will prob cost me 400 quid

Many factory parts are made in China, Mexico, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc but they're made to much higher specifications than aftermarket parts are. If whatever you're buying doesn't have a Ford logo and part # on it then it's generally inferior.
The defroster grids can be repaired on the back glass with a special copper defroster repair paste that gets brushed onto the break in the defroster line.

My defroster grids are too badly damaged to be bothered trying to repair them Cobrajet. Think I will mount a micro 12v heater on the rear parcel shelf to compensate but she will mostly be a summer car
