06 GT performance

I have a 2006 GT convertible. Does anyone know of a company that can reflash the computer to gain HP and torque? Additionally, is there a program to adjust the auto trans? I attempted to use VIPER tuning but there 05 program does not work in an 06. Im looking to maximize everything that I can.

There are lots of reputable tuners out ther for both SCT (Xcalibrator) and Diablo (Predator) tuners. Do a search and you'll find multiple posts on custom tuning. I have a custom SCT tune from Brent White at brenspeed. I've been very satisfied. Good luck.
