I would grab a set of GT take off breaks for now... there are a lot of sets floating around with people upgrading to bigger break sets... It'll include the rotors pads, and everything else... you can sell what you don't need.
The stock setup can break very effectively for normal street use if you upgrade the pads, lines, and brake fluid. After you have larger rims then you could upgrade to a larger rotor and break setup if you are still finding yourself warping the rotors, I would recommend BAER for the bang for the buck in street use. Just there standard 2 piston 14" upgrade kit is plenty for street use, and look fabulous. They'll run you about $1800 for front and rear's.
