Regarding your second question, the only Alutec I'm aware of is Alutec Performance Parts. They make braces etc mostly for imports but they do/did make some front and rear braces for the S197.

About the NAD rims thanks I've been looking online for a while. And the reason I asked about Alutec is because I also found some wheels I like made by that company. I think it's a Russian or German company I'm not sure. There are a few websites I've found with them on it, but I can't find prices on any of them. And only half of them are in English. The name of the wheels is Boost. If anyone knows I would appreciate it. Thanks
