I recently got this package. Love the way it handles, but not 100% happy about the drop. It barely looks like it has dropped at all at the rear. All in all, if I could do over, I would've probably gotten something else. If you are dead set, why don't you get it from Ford Racing Direct? - it's cheaper - Ford Racing 2005-2010 Mustang GT Coupe 1.0" Drop Handling Pack -- M-FR3-MGT

Also, I had someone install it for me. My Ford Dealer wanted $600 to do it (including alignment), I was able to find a mechanic to do it for $200 (including alignment).

You just need some jack stands, a couple jacks, basic handtools and a spring compressor.

I did it with my dad in about 4 days. The most time consuming thing was getting the BMR reloc brackets on...PITA.

Best instructions: google 2005 mustang suspension/spring install.

StangNet and americanmuscle have a few installation instructions with pictures.

Also TacoBill has a bunch of good writeups you can follow:

i'm a novice mechanic and i could do it in about a full afternoon into evening. Its not hard to do, just jack up the car and have at it. a second set of hands is important with the swaybars since they are so bulky and awkward to move by yourself
