steps taken

Replace cop with Parts house OEM replacement From -- Melted again

2nd step Replace with Parts house OEM replacement along with New plug -- Melted

3rd Replace COP with Ford COP ---Lasted a day complete meltout. Have checked plug going to COP and wires not melted or cut....

I have an SCT Livewire tuner and according to them it would not affect individual spark.

I am leaning to ECM issue, Open to any other ideas !!

contact mps auto salvage buy a new computer.(just as for one for your year so pins match up) drive your car over to ford n pop it in. have them reprogram your pats n your good to go. your not as screwed as you think. just make sure you get the right ecu for your transmission. computer is located on your passenger side kick panel right under your dash to the right.
