What Size Tire will i need for an everday driver on 15"????? 225/60/15? 225/50/15? 225/7?/15??? 205's?...what are all the possiblilies??........any help is appreciated.... i've always had 14"....im movin up in the world....one inch at a time.:bigthumbsup

get sum 17s lol jk but umm stock is 225/55/16 but honestly i think low profile looks cleaner and doesnt roll as much as the little bigger size on the 55 so id go with the 50 which ima actually do my self since i have 225/60 in the rear right now

I would like the same answer. I prefer the taller sidewall to tackle all of the obstacles that daily driving sends our way. Also, a 15" wheel and tire will be lighter weight than a larger size such as a 17" (wheels weigh more than tires so larger wheels will weigh more unless they are exotic - expensive - models). As a result of this a Mustang will ride better on rough roads due to less unsprung weight and more compliant sidewalls.

225/60X15 seem to be the best fit since they are very close to the height of the stock 205/65X15 and are the perfect width for the 7" wide stock rim. 235/60s are doable but a little tall, 215/60s are a little too small imho. I plan on getting 225s or 235s depending on price (many "obsolete" sizes are often discounted sharply).

Good luck, hopefully we will get a response that does not involve larger diameter wheels.
