Hi,

I need some help and opinions on 18" Bullitt Anthracite wheels out there.

I really like the Bullitt style wheel and want to stick the 255 Front and 285 Rear tire sizes that are on the Cobra. I have found a deep dish 18x9, 18x10 version out there (not sure of the manufacture) but I am not too sure I like that look.

I saw an 18x9 by Wheel Replicas but I am not sure a 255 tire will look that good a 9" rim. I like a little bulge on the tire... I'm also not sure a 285 tire will fit on a 9" rim.

Is anybody out there running 18x9's with the 255 front and 285 rear? Got pics?

How about Wheel Replica's quality? Does anyone have any vibration (runout) etc? Any clearence issue to the fender or suspension?

I really appreciate the advise. I am new to the Mustang world...Can't wait for spring so I can finally get out and drive it!

check out that pic, sounds like that's what your looking for. Those are from www.mustangtuning.com As far as a 255 fitting on a 9" rim, it will. For wheel tire fitments go to the manufacturers website and they will give you all the specs you need. For example I have some TOYO T1Rs' 245 front on 9" and 285 rear on 10" Spec sheet http://www.toyo.com/tires/tire_specsheet.cfm?id=20

I got a set of the 18" 9/10 anthracite wheels from Mustang Tuning. Only I put 245/45 on the front and 275/40 on the rear. As far as looks, I really like the wheels. The spokes are deep set and with my tire sizes, the edges of of the tires are just about flush with the top of the fender wells. I put splash gurads on front and back to protect the paint.

I'm running 255s all around on my 9" rims. Mine are black bullitts.

HOW DO YOU LIKE THE TOYO'S? if you smash it in first, can you hook up? are they sticky in the corners?

with my black stang, always thought black rims w/ chrome lip on black car was nice.. saw a black g35 with same rims just about.. looked nice!
But I was curious, they're only like 184$, thats for the set .. I think?
Anyway with them being that cheap should I worry about how they will handle on my car?

The Wheels are made by verde and they have a pretty decent repuatation from what ive heard

Yeah I looked into em, I found em cheaper on a diff website, what do you think would be better, the black or chrome ones?
