My fuel filter is right on top of the engine oil dipstick. I was wondering of i could move the fuel filter to another location so i could acces the dipstick easier.

Hello. On the cars built before the beginning of the 66 model year, the fuel filter was part of the fuel pump assembly. It sat inside a cannister that screwed on to the fuel pump. A lot of people put an inline filter on the section of fuel line between the fuel pump and the inner fender.
