1965 Mustang Owner 26 Years - Repair Reco?

A friend helped me build a salvaged '65 Mustang into a muscle car in the 80's. Now I have no time to work on it and am looking for North Hollywood/Burbank/Los Angeles-area repair persons or shops. Work to be done: Holley 4-barrel carb rebuild (leaking fuel from front ), 4-speed transmission adjustment, tune up & oil etc.

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic? I am very picky about who works on my baby. Thanks!
