I wrote mustang monthly about this earlier in the year seeing as how many articles they've done about re-doing upholstery, specifically the seats. I asked them if they ever did anything with the rear seat or if they would ever feature something like this in the article, as any article I've ever read only addresses the front bucket seat coverings and ignores whatever's going on in the back.
I was trying to get suggestions as to how to address the foam back there too, same as you. Figured I'd end up just making something on my own.
Never did get a response, nor was the question answered in their Q&A areas of the mag. Since this thread came up though I'll probably either try that universal back seat foam set, or go to a fabric store and pick up the bulk foam they sell and use the old seat as a template to make my own.
