I have a cable throttle set-up right now and I cant get my throttle to open all the way up. Maybe I will have to contact Edelbrock :(

There was an Edelbrock in my '65 when I bought it. The throttle linkage worked okay, but the kickdown linkage wouldn't work because it puts the throttle rod too far outboard to properly contact the kickdown bellcrank. Of course, it's not a problem if you have a manual. I swapped it for a 4100.

you can buy all the parts new...

if you have a T Code, BEFORE you drop the engine in, swap out the spindles and steering....the 6 cyl spindles are puny
John??? Hell, you're back on allfordmustangs!! Cool to see you around again

On one of my 66's, it was converted to some mickey mouse cable setup, which slowly bent at the pivot bracket, then tore through the rusted floorpan from the cowl/windshield leak, lol...On the other 66 I'm building now, I'm going to attempt to use the stock bracket linkage

All the suspension has been swapped out/roller a-arms, perches w/72 front disc spindles, etc. I just cant get the throttle set-up right w/ what I currently have.
