Good evening .The question is what is the proper timing setting for a 1966 289 we have some mods that include a summit eletriconic dist with vac adv a 1721 eddy intake and a eddy 1409 4brl carb i have it set at aprox 6deg btdc.. thanx in advance VRod Todd

It is a auto 3 speed I will have some pics up by the weekend .. it was restored in N Tx and i have been helping a friend that I work with do the mods all though I have vast exp it has been a long time since I have worked on a old school classic like this.
