Check to see if the solenoid is transfering power to the starter when it's energized. If the connections are good and no power, it's a bad solenoid.
If it's transfering power to the starter and the connection there is good and the starter's housing is making good contact with the engine block (the starter gets its ground through its housing), the starter is suspect.
