I just bought a 1967 fastback and the previous owner had a used 2004 DOHC 4.6 liter engine with a custom made flywheel to use with an automatic transmission. He said it has the engine wiring harness and a flashed ECU. How hard is it to install and what problems will I have? I already have the motor mounts with it , that fit with the new Mustang II front end.

if you run fuel injection you will need the entire system needed for FI, including the harness, ECU, mass air and all related sensors, the fuel tank, lines, etc...
I'd just get a crank fired distributor and a carb and run it that way...check out fullonfab on ebay / youtube, he has what you need to run it that way.

Do you think I will have any problems with the exhaust and the O2 sensor? Do you know what sensors are not on the engine? Ive been told its a complete engine with harness and all. Since Im installing the engine with the Mustang II front end do you think there will be any fit issues? Exhaust, mounts ..etc ?
