I already got the first part off with the clips but I need to get behind the metal part to take out the side window.

So you got the vinyl part off, so you should now be either looking at a paper/plastic water shield, or the interior of the doorframe. See those little holes (biggest is prolly about the size of a softball?) You're gonna have to MAKE your hands fit up in there, prepare to bleed from a million little cuts.

That part doesn't come off. If you are trying to remove the window, it comes out through the top of the door. You have to remove the stops that limit it's upward travel and disconnect it from the regulator, then work it out through the slot in the top of the door. Hope that helps.
