Recently converted a '68 Mustang non power drum brake car to power brake & front disc brakes. The kit included a proportioning valve for the rear brakes; I am wondering how many turns the valve should be open. Bled the system w/valve all the way open, have a good solid pedal. How many turns open for road worthiness?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

In a hard or panic stop, the front wheels should lock before the rear wheels. You can test this on a gravel road more easily than asphalt.

start in the middle and work in the correct direction. I used to change my brake bias depending on the weather, more rear brakes for rain...
