If all is as you say it is, you should be consulting classic auto experts in a different venue than a forum!

In the past i have seen a rolling shell of a boss 302 go for 20k.

A lot more info is needed to get you any accurate estimate. But B302's as you probably know are rare and expensive. Only 1628 made in 1969. A running, non-restored car in decent but not restored condition is going to get $30-40K minimum. Restored examples easily twice that.
