1970 Mustang Coupe Restoration

Hello, My name is Erik and I have 2 1970 Mustangs I'm restoring. The 1st one had been completely stripped and new floor pans put in as well as a new headliner. I just finished painting the engine compartment and I'm ready to put the new brake and fuel lines in. Then I'll get the steering put back together and working so then I can put the engine in. I have new wiring from Painless and with the interior completely disassembled I'm going to need advice as to what steps to take first so I don't do something out of order, which I tend to do. The engine is a basic 302 with an Edelbrock manifold and Holly 670 cfm carb but other than that it's stock with a C4 tranny. My next step is to put the new fuel and brake lines in and get the brakes all working, then put the engine in. That part I'm good with. Once I begin with putting the interior together I'll have many questions about where to start and what to do next. so more to come.....
