Just looked at a 1972 Mach 1.
California car. Has been stored inside no rust anywhere
351C, 4 speed.
Car is all original. Not a dent on it and the paint is in better than average. Interior is original and in great shape, no tears, cracks in the dash etc. AC, 8 track, all options. The real kicker is power windows and seat. Also has vacuum operated air scoops on the hood (original I guess?).
The guy says he wants "mid $20's" for it.
Is that a good deal?

Even as an owner of a 71-3 "breadbox" (lol thats one I havent heard before).... I would say the value from 70 to 71 decreases somewhat. There even seems to be a reduction from 71 to the 72's and 73's.

20 is not too much for the 72 however I'd have to agree...make sure she's top notch and well taken care of for that much money. Personally I would not let mine go for less than 23 at this point.... but I have a NICE car
