I have a 73 mustang grande, my battery has a major amperage drain on it. The battery drains itself within about an hour, from full charge to completely dead. I replaced the battery, didn't help. Had the alternator checked, they said it was fine. Replaced the solenoid, the regulator. Any suggestions?

Remove the neg battery terminal and with a test light hook one lead to the battery post and other lead to the neg battery cable you removed. If the light lights with everything off in the car,you have a battery drain. One by one start disconnecting circuits by pulling fuses and disconnecting accessorties, including horn etc. when lite goes out, you have found your drain.
