1986 Mustang GT 5.0 V8 Power Window Problem

Hello, i have a 1986 Mustang GT 5.0 V8 and my passenger side power window, electric fuel filler door and glovebox light do not work. They just stopped working at the same time. I recently replaced the fuel pump relay. the fuel pump kept running and killed the battery. i had to keep jumping it which maybe blew a fuse but i checked them and they are all good. Circuit breaker, relay maybe? i dont have a clue. Please help me thanks! :bounce2: ps, its not a bad window motor because everything worked before i started to jump it just fine.
