i have a 1986 with pw and pl. When i push the switch to unlock or lock the doors, only the passenger side will work.. i can still lock and unlock manually and with a key...

do i have a bad door lock actuator or could it be something else?

Sounds like you have a bad lock actuator. Pretty common problem.

Yep, sounds like the popper. Just take the door panel off and pull it out. Its down in the bottom corner of your door. It will be a pain to get it out without taking the latch out too. If you take it out, make sure you remember where all the rods go!

Theyre kind of salty for a new one so i'd look around at the junk yard but its always a guess if it will work or not . . .
