I just bought a 87 GT project car. The guy had said he had replaced the struts and shocks. However, I have noticed that the front is over 1 in higher than the back. Anyone ever have this issue? I am at a loss as to what he did to cause this, other than putting the wrong springs in? The springs look fairly new but who really knows with shocks. I think he may have put some stock ones up front and some lowered ones at the rear. the rear tiresa are about 2 in from the lip of teh fender and teh fronts are about 3 in. any other ideas?:scratchchin

I've seen other cars like that, it's not uncommon.

I'd go back and find out the specifics to what he did.

shocks and struts do not alter the height of the vehicle. Its got to be in the springs. Possibly worn rear springs, isolator, or like you said he may have put wrong springs in.
