1988 lx 5 lug ?

I need some help !
I own a 1988 Lx with 5 lugs front and rear.I need to replace disc on front brakes but the parts guy tells me someone did a brake convertion some time along the way.If that is the case for what year and model do I ask for front and rear brakes ?

It was probably the easy upgrade using Mark VII rotors. What rims are on the car?
Remove the wheel and see if it has a cotter pin and bearing then it is a Mark VII and if it is sealed bearing Assy. you have the 94+ Conversion.
