The "low washer fluid" light is illuminated on my instrument panel on my 1988 GT. The washer fluid resevoir is topped off to the max, and the light remains on. Is the fluid sensor in the resevoir tank? Where should I start looking to remedy this?

Thank you :bigthumbsup

It's most likely the sensor in the tank itself. You'll have to remove the tank from inside the fender to get to the sensor.

I'm having trouble even finding a new sensor. Can you point me in the direction to get a new one? What website should I try.
Thanks for the quick reply!!

Have you tried the Late model Restoration or Fox Mustang Restoration. Both are good for fox mustang parts. Take it apart and see if it has corrosion built up on the sensor giving you a false read. Otherwise you may have to hit the junk yard.
