Hey stang heads,..I have an 88 black gt 5.0,..I just bought it last month,. the car bogs in high RPM,..like it breaks up,..doesnt seem like ignition problem, the only thing i can think of is the fuel pump,or fuel filter??? think this would make the car bog at high RPM??? Please help me out ,..thanks.


the engine is mostly stock,..but has a cam,65 throttle body, 1.6 rockers,..cold air speed density intake,.flex fan, 14 degrees timing,.felpro gaskets,.msd distributor,accel coil,..new wires and new plugs.

other mods..373 gears,.Mickey Thomson street slicks..shorty headers,H-pipe,Flowmasters, heavy duty tranny and clutch,motor mounts,control arms, fiberglass hood,pro 5.0 shifter,msd shift light.

Think its time to upgrade to Mass Air. SPeed density usually doesnt like a non stock cam.
