1988 mustang gt will no turn over, just clicking. help please

the other day i pulled my 1988 gt up onto drive ups to change some bushings. the next day when i went to start it, nothing. the ecm relay was making a strange sound so i replaced it. still nothing. i then replaced the starter silenoid, still nothing. to sumerize

1. new ecm relay
2. new starter sileniod
3. fuel pump comes on
4. battery has charge

i hear the fuel pump relay click, and the fuel pump come on. i hear the ecm relay click, and some other relay clicks that is located right in front of door, to the left of the steering wheel. please help, im lost here
