i have a 1989 mustang LX hatchback. Alternator is shot, doesnt charge battery & every morning the battery is dead. & Even when i disconnected the negative or positive battery terminal overnight, the car wouldn't start. Im putting a sound system in ma car & i have HID lights & the 12's ae pushing over 1000 watts, so I need to know where i can get a 90 100 amp alternator maybe a little stronger to support the sound system & HID's. I dont want a stock replacement 75 amp alternator.

so please let me konw where i can get them brand new offline? or store

Maurice gave me my info for a 3G and he will chime in for you. Maurice or navy or Big C have also done it. I used a chevy 130A and it was DOG complicated to mount. The 3 G is much better. And i am shure the guys will chime in on this one. Peace Tom:bigthumbsup:bigthumbsup

definately go 3g...the hardest part is grinding down the bracket. so its a pretty painless upgrade. go to any autoparts store and get one but brand new there a pretty penny...or check a junk yard if you wanna be cheap.
