hello, im building an 89 notchback
it was a 4cyl 5 speed
i bought an 87 tbird 5.0l auto
i have the motor and tranny in already that was the easy part
currently im working on swapping fuel lines driveshaft rear end and exhaust. this stuff is all easy
but my major problem is the wiring
its a speed density system and the motor harness will not match up with the dash harness, there are two clips in perticular, one is a round 8 pin connector and one is a round 4 pin connector.
so i took the dash apart and stripped the harness out of it and baught one out of an 93 mustang, well needkless to say that didnt work.
now what i need from u guys is answers
what car can i get a harness from
does it have to be an auto car that the harness comes from
or can anyone explain how to splice the 2 of them together

Here is what you need to do.

Get a harness from a 86-88 mustang 5.0. I suggest you go to corral.net and look in the classified section for what you need. I suggest you get a dash harness also. 100x less headaches
