Hi, I have a 1990 LX notch that dies on me when I let the clutch out (doesn't actually stall), but as soon as you put clutch back in it revs right back up. The idle isn't that smooth either. any ideas on what might be the problem would be great.

Does it do it in all gears? It MIGHT be the clutch disc is sticking to the flywheel? If it is sticking, it'll bog the motor and cause it to die.:scratchchin

I would ask either rlg34750, EagleAutoSports or Racin 366. they are the motor, go to guys here that I would trust for this. :bigthumbsup

Hi, thanks for the reply. It does do it all gears, do you know what would have to be done to fix this? Somebody told me it might be a weak fuel pump???
