hey guys i have a 1990 mustang and i swapped my heads to trick flow a 70 mm tb 30 lb injectors a b cam and a trick flow track heat intake. When putting the new intake on there is a hole at the back of the lower intake and i was told to put a pcv valve then and hook it to my upper intake and i was also suggested to put a breather there and not hook it up. And with my new tb is it ok to plug the hole that had the tube running to my valve covers. thanks guys.

That hole is the actual PCV port, you could do either the hose or a breather.
As for the valve cover port, you can cap that off if you get the rear working right.

On a different note, why such huge injectors for a head/cam/intake swap?
