i'm doing a 4 cylinder to 8 cyl swap the probleme is that my car is a 92 and the motor and all wireing harness is off a 89.when i go to connect the 20 guage fuseable link (blue wire)to the starter relay it burns up :headscratch: i belive this is the one that goes to the fuel pump relays,that brings me to my next issue.i only have one relay in the front of the passenger strut on the wheel well.i was told that the 89's had the fuel pump relay under the seat.i got one from the junk yard.but now how do i hook it up?and also will this solve my probleme?some one please help :headscratch:

And you don't want to get an used one, get a new one. The used units are probably at the end of their life span and you'll be right back where you are now.
