I have a 1992 5.0 Mustang GT, and I Just replaced the gauges with some new white ones. (the face plates). I got it back together fine. but im having problems with the instrument panel. I was careful with all the needles putting them in the same positions they were in when i took them off but now my Battery Voltage, Oil pressure and temperature gauge don't move, they stay at the bottom. my tach works but my speedometer reads 5 miles over what its actually going. not sure on my gas gauges yet. looks fine really hasn't moved. also when i turn my lights on it barely illuminates my dash maybe 20%. I scraped off all the extra goo when i was taking off the old gauges so i don't understand that part. anyways I'm not sure what to do or how to fix it. just got them in today.

double check the two large plug in connectors on the back of the cluster,if the alt gauge is not working you are also not charging(running off the battery)just make sure they are securely locked on.
