I have a 1992 Mustang 5.0 with fuel issues. I'll start at the beginning so you have the best overall point of view. It started when it was idling in the driveway. The car stalled and would not start. After checking it was determined that the TFI on the distributor was bad. Changed that out with a new TFI and at the same time changed the alternator as it was bad as well. Same time put in a new battery. I have gone through the crank no start checklist. I'm to the fuel now. I have no pressure at the Schrader valve. When you turn on the key you can hear the fuel pump prime, but after doing that several times, still no fuel at the valve. Any ideas? I didn't think that it would be the relay because the pump is turning on. I was thinking fuel filter, however the car was running fine with no problems up to the point it died, minus the alternator issue. So I'm left with fuel filter and/or fuel regulator.

If u dont already have an adjustable fuel regulator, now seems like the time...stock ones are crap. Take the five minutes to change out ur fuel filter also, it can only help.

You changed the module, but what about the ignition pickup inside the distributor? It's what tells the computer what injector to fire next and for how long. What you describe sounds like your pickup has failed. It costs $20 at Auto Zone, and is actually named the Hall Effect sensor. In fact, it's what the module actually plugs into when you bolt it to the side of the distributor. When it fails, you have no fuel actuation to the rails because the computer isn't getting input for the injectors.

Clarification

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I originally thought that it would be spark, so I borrowed a friends distributor and tried that. Just to rule out that I had a bad one. The car will run with starting fluid but then just dies. I was also thinking about the fuel pump, if the problem happened all of the sudden what are the possibilities that the fuel pump has just died? It still primes, but that doesn't mean it's putting out fuel. I'm going to change the filter and regulator, but if I have no fuel pressure at the valve whats the chance that the pump is really working?
