1993 5.0 valve adjustments?

Just bought a '93 5.0 and noticed some knocking coming from the air box. Long story short, found 2 bent push rods on the 3rd cylinder. I know the car has a cam but i do not know what kind and i have elected to replace all the push rods and just 2 roller rockers. I am not sure what the measurements should be for the valve adjustments. I know that they are NOT hydraulic, but solid lifters. What should I do?
