does anyone have any idea why my rebuilt 2.3 dual plug head wants to bog down untill i floor it hats when it acts normal. it doesnt hapen all the time only every now and then. Could it be the plugs? even though they are new platiumn pugs?

I'd bet that it is an EGR valve or sensor problem. The EGR doesn't receive any vacuum at WOT and could explain why the bogging seems to go away while accelerating. If you are able to pull codes that would probably shed some light on things.
