Hey guys, I have had my rotors machined (still stock) saving up for Baer cross-drilled and slotted rotors, calipers, and HP pads. But for now sometimes when i hit the brakes they vibrate badly. Sometimes they don't. Checked all the bolts everything is tight, nothing loose. Pads don't need to be replaced but going to anyway with the new setup. Tires are Sumitomo HTR H4's balanced, and all that good stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Rotors today are basically "throwaways". A cut on them and your down to the minimum thickness. That number is embossed on the rotor. Have them checked again. Rotors for your car "new" should be fairly cheap as you have a sealed bearing. You could get them for about $30 a piece @ Autozone and the like.

Having rotors turned sometimes causes a vibration, I bet you're at the limit of the rotors you have now. It could also be caused by the wheel bearings if they weren't pre-loaded properly.
