I'm in the process of cleaning/fixing up my sister's 1994 Mustang convertible (V6, 3.8L), which I'm driving for a while.

I was working on the interior and noticed an electical connector under the glove box that was just hanging, not connected to anything.

I'm unable to locate an obvious receiving end for this connector and am also unable to identify to which system it may belong.

Based on these pictures, can someone help identify the connector and what it goes to?


The pictures were taken w/ my cell phone, but hopefully it will allow someone to help me figure this out!

Can someone perhaps take a look under their glovebox (in a similar year model) and let me know if it's supposed to be connected to something?
