My 1995 ford mustang' s cooler fan will not run on high speed. Ford has issued a recall on the fan circuit Breaker. This recall has been completed but the fan still does not run on high speed. Is it the circuit Breaker or is it the cooler fan. The fan runs on low speed but will still overheat. I turn on the interior heater inside the car and it takes some heat off he engine. Can anyone tell me what the problem is, has anyone had this problem?
